Handmade in the Loire region of France, the Regenerating Face Oil combines three cold pressed botanical oils cultivated in France: borage oil, plum oil, and immortelle flower infused sunflower oil. Formulated for daily use, its lightweight texture is suitable for dry, sensitive, and mature skin.

  • Technique: Small batch botanical formulation.

    Immortelle (Helichrysum)
    Known for its soothing and restorative properties, immortelle helps calm sensitive skin, supports the skin’s natural repair process, and improves the appearance of scars and uneven texture. Rich in natural antioxidants, it also helps protect the skin from environmental stress.

    Borage Oil
    Exceptionally rich in gamma linolenic acid, borage oil helps restore the skin’s moisture barrier, improve elasticity, and maintain firmness. It is particularly beneficial for dry, mature, or dehydrated skin.

    Plum Kernel Oil
    Naturally abundant in antioxidants and vitamin E, plum kernel oil nourishes and protects the skin from oxidative stress while leaving it soft and supple. Its delicate almond aroma makes it especially pleasant to use.

ABOUT THE CRAFTER

Julie Darnat is the founder of Mirlo, a botanical skincare studio based in the Loire region of France. Working in small batches, she creates handcrafted soaps and skincare using the traditional cold process method and carefully selected botanical ingredients. Rooted in a close relationship with nature, her practice draws on locally sourced plants, organic oils, and time honoured techniques to create products that respect both the qualities of natural materials and the slower rhythms of handmade production.
