Shipping Guidelines

For the moment, we are shipping within Spain and the UK while we work on expanding our delivery options in line with the new PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation).

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the location and courier service available.

Shipping Guidelines:

Spain: 3 to 5 days €15 -€20

United Kingdom: 5 to 10 days €15 to €35

We work with various transport companies, and a tracking number will be provided with your order. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. For pieces shipped from the UK to the Spain, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like an estimate of these charges, please get in touch before purchasing.

Returns Protocol

For initiating the return of product(s), we kindly request adherence to the subsequent steps:
- Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Kindly forward an email to info@craftersoftoday.com, providing your order number, first and last name, details of the item(s) to be returned, along with the reason for return.
- Objects must retain their original, unused condition, inclusive of all attached tags and packaging.
-We advise returning any objects back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are received in to our warehouse.
- Crafters of Today reserves the right to withhold refunds if the returned product displays signs of damage, use, or if the return request exceeds the stipulated 14-day period. The responsibility for shipping expenses rests with the customer.
