Shipping Guidelines

We offer delivery services within the EU and the United Kingdom.

We encourage supporting local makers whenever possible, as it helps reduce environmental impact and strengthens nearby crafting communities. Local delivery is free for objects made in the same city where you are based. This means that if the object is crafted in the same city where you live, we offer free local delivery.
In some cases, we also offer a local pick-up option. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details. Costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service available.

Shipping Guidelines:

- Spain (Standard): 3–5 days  
  €5 to €15 (Free shipping on orders over €150)

- Europe: 3–10 days
  €10 to €25

-  UK: 5–10 days  
  €17 to €25


Returns Protocol

For initiating the return of product(s), we kindly request adherence to the subsequent steps:
- Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Kindly forward an email to info@craftersoftoday.com, providing your order number, first and last name, details of the item(s) to be returned, along with the reason for return.
- Objects must retain their original, unused condition, inclusive of all attached tags and packaging.
-We advise returning any objects back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are received in to our warehouse.
- Crafters of Today reserves the right to withhold refunds if the returned product displays signs of damage, use, or if the return request exceeds the stipulated 14-day period. The responsibility for shipping expenses rests with the customer.
