Bianca Tschaikner · Dornbirn, Austria

Bianca Tschaikner is an Austrian artist working across painting, printmaking, and ceramics from her studio in the Austrian Alps. Her practice is shaped by long periods of travel, exploring how mythology, microhistory, and everyday life become part of visual storytelling.

After studying illustration in Italy, she specialised in printmaking in Florence and Spain before expanding her practice into ceramics. Drawn to the balance between control and unpredictability, she embraces the ways materials and process influence each work.

Alongside her studio practice, Bianca leads workshops and artist residencies, creating spaces where people can reconnect with creativity through making, curiosity, and shared experience.

Our selection brings together a collection of porcelain cups, bowls, plates, trays, and vases. Each piece reflects Bianca’s interest in storytelling, where hand painted imagery draws on mythology, cultural narratives, and the stories she encounters through her travels.
