Wheel Throwing Courses — Summer 2025
Led by ceramicist Antonia Maria, whose practice is shaped by a background in interior design and a year long ceramics training in Normandy, these summer wheel throwing courses invite participants into a thoughtful exploration of clay, form, and process. Through ongoing research into clay and glazes, her work explores the relationship between material, light, texture, and space.
Participants can choose between a four week introduction course or an eight week extended course. Across both formats, they are guided through the full process of making a pot from start to finish, learning clay preparation, wheel throwing, trimming, and glazing while developing a deeper understanding of ceramic materials and techniques.
