Design and Run Your First Creative Workshop
A five week online programme for artists, designers, and makers interested in developing workshops rooted in their own creative practice.
The programme is built around a simple idea.
Creative practice is not only expressed through the objects we make. It can also be shared through experiences that invite others into our ways of thinking, making, and seeing.
Over five weeks, participants develop a workshop from its earliest concept to a fully planned experience, ready to deliver. Working in a small group, each participant is supported through discussion, practical exercises, and individual feedback.
Applications are now open for the first cohort.
Only three participants will be selected.

About the programme
Many makers reach a point where they want to share more than finished work. A workshop offers another way of sharing a creative practice. It allows knowledge, techniques, stories, and ways of working to be experienced directly. Designing a meaningful workshop, however, requires its own practice. It asks different questions from those involved in making an object. How do you translate years of experience into something another person can take part in? How do you create an experience that is generous, engaging, and true to your practice? This programme offers a structured environment in which to explore those questions.
